The Bloor West Village Residence is a classy, polished interior, featuring a neutral color scheme with pops of blue. While in the dining room, the focus falls on the gilded details in the suspension lamp and mirror edge, the living room adds a shade of blue for a more nautical interior. Yet, the accessories all still match each other for a consistent look.

But you may need these two extra views to fully grasp the beauty of the project. While the lovely, light-filled reading corner features a very creative side table, the sofa includes a pillow with a serpent pattern for a bold little contrast.

Then we have the Macauley Residence, which oozes the same sort of airy, refined charm. This room is all about symmetry and class, with touches of marble and a stone gas fireplace adding to the beautiful but cozy ambiance. Furthermore, the small touches of black add an even more adult and sophisticated touch.

However, it’s the decor details such as the flowers and candles that the delicate nature of the project becomes truly evident. Indeed, just take a look at these two close-ups of the living room.

Finally, we have a gorgeous, sophisticated Summer Hill Condo. Indeed, despite not being a mansion, this project is probably the most luxurious we’ve seen so far. Lovely, art-deco details such as the patterns on the coffee table, the geometric shape of the stools and side tables, clash very gently with the contemporary rug.

Thus, the bedroom and dining room design follow a similar art-deco meets contemporary direction. While in the first image, we have a more sober, more grey interior, the choice of almost antique-looking dressers and vintage bed design ground the design in just the right amount of class. The dining room, on the other hand, uses navy blue as an accent color. Furthermore, the console table even features a somewhat coral-inspired pattern!
