Towering above Austin in one of the city’s tallest buildings, the brand-new 3,900 SQ-FT space was a literal blank canvas of white walls, concrete floors, boxy rooms, and very little character. Besides, one of Kelly’s priorities was to make the apartment as open as possible and also bring the vibrancy of the surrounding life outdoors inside.

9 – TRIBECA LOFT
Location: New York, NY
About the project. Especially for this 4,000 Sq. Ft. Triplex loft in Tribeca Kelly creates her signature mix of raw and refined details. Extravagant gleaming metals in such functional items as the kitchen cabinetry blend with playfully balanced Italian modern 80’s furniture.
8 – MALIBU BEACH RESIDENCE
Location: Malibu, CA
About the project. Airy seaside residence situated above Malibu beach’s incoming tide. Kelly Wearstler’s home belonging to her and her family seems like a new wave in the designer’s style.

7 – DOHENY RESIDENCE
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
About the project. This 1956 hall Levitt express mid-century architecture and the indoor-outdoor lifestyle for which California is known. Above all, the exciting interior was mentioned in Kelly’s second book, Domicilium Decoratus.

6 – SPRING STREET RESIDENCE
Location: New York, NY
About the project. Probably one of the hardest ideas was to design this 1940s warehouse to the residential loft in Soho, New York. Kelly Wearstler wallpaper and floors patterned bold and graphically in waxed walnut to be used in the main living space.
5 – BELLAGIO RESIDENCE
Location: Bel Air, CA
About the project. Wearstler created an additional 3,000 Sq. Ft. of living space. Above all, she pushed up the ceiling heights, broadened windows and doors to allow more light and completely carved out a new master suite upstairs.
4 – SEAL BEACH RESIDENCE
Location: Seal Beach, CA
About the project. Kelly Wearstler defined a natural and organic palette for this A-list actress place. As a result, she wanted to shape imaginative dialog with the sea in the redesign of this four-level south California coastal escape.

About the project. Sanderson’s client was looking for an artistic view of their home. For that reason they, the find out Kelly Wearstler to design their newly purchased 11,000 Sq. Ft. home on Mercer Island in Washington. Finally, designer decided to design the classic northwest architecture of the 1946 cottage-style house. Above all, she proves that this interior looks like a different world.

About the project. Artfully designed the new look and feel of Viviane. For this place designer used mid-century California 1950s-60s vintage furniture collection from around the world.
