The Mondrian Doha Hotel opened in October 2017. Is located in West Bay Lagoon city neighbourhood. It is s a luxury hotel that brings the up-all-night intensity, energy and Sunset Strip vibe of the original Hollywood Mondrian to the West Bay Lagoon neighbourhood of the capital of Qatar, Doha.
The interior designer of this luxury hotel project, Marcel Wanders in collaboration is a mesmerizing place that will be indifferent to none.

Designed by a local firm South West Architecture for the hospitality company SBE. It is shortlisted in the Event Spaces category AHEAD MEA 2018 awards.
The Dutch designer is recognized as one of the best in the world. He describes the luxury hotel as an eccentric and theatrical space with a unique design.
As one of Qatar’s best hotels, it offers a variety of elegant and unique options for meetings and special events. This luxury hotel contains 270 rooms and suites with a luxurious interior design. The suites feature modern pieces of furniture and extravagant spaces in their distinctive maximalist style.
In addition, the interior designer has created eight innovative bars and good restaurants. The restaurants feature regional and international cuisine. It also features an indoor/outdoor pool bar, conference venues and a world-class spa.

“For the design of Mondrian Doha and everything we do, the locale is super important,” explains Marcel Wanders. “To create the hotel, we studied the city, we studied the people. We don’t create interiors, we create destinations and Mondrian Doha is a destination in itself that needs to be discovered.”
This wonderful hotel features a large lobby and lobby space filled with giant white lamps and a black helical staircase. As well as a balustrade with an ornate cutout pattern, which extends over four floors. It features a ballroom of 21,528 square meters/2000 square meters. This Ballroom can have up to 1,500 guests for a wedding or special event.
The Lounge offers a private panoramic elevator to take the Bride and Groom or VIPs directly there from the 6,458-square-meter/600-square-foot Bride Suite.
The Mondrian Doha in Qatar is a 5-star destination and each space possesses its own identity. Marcel Wanders’ bespoke designs and style combine to create a truly holistic, sensual and memorable experience. This allows guests to form a collection of stories woven with the main theme that goes by.
