From early breakfast to late-night drinking, Drift Salon in Muir is a culinary paradise. Here, hotel guests and locals alike will connect in an appreciation of Nova Scotia’s finest cuisine. At the same time, they highlight local and seasonal ingredients. Entered through the lush courtyard or hotel lobby, the venue is as warm and inviting as it is extravagant. As a signature architectural move, the hall’s ceiling curves dramatically behind the bar. Thus, throughout space, resembling the belly of a tilted ship. The fascinating wooden cove with oak planks connected with metal rivets. Through these pieces, he brings romance and intimacy to the restaurant. One suite connects to a highly personalized dressing room, complete with a circular dressing table. The lounge’s monochromatic neutral tones highlight furniture by Christophe Delcourt and Bruno Moinard in a statement of modern refinement.
