The Opulent Empire Penthouse is a new project with HOME’SOCIETY Studio. After the houses in Paris, Madrid, and London, it’s time to explore the Big Apple. Located in Midtown, Billionaires Row, the Opulent ‘Empire’ Penthouse has the best views of iconic Central Park and the entire city.
Towering over the city, the ‘Empire’ Penthouse is located in a slender and elegant architectural marvel of a building. For a uniquely designed Penthouse, we needed a uniquely designed building. So we chose this one in Midtown, New York. This Penthouse has two rooms, a bedroom and an office, a full-service bathroom, and a service bathroom. Its owner is a high-class businesswoman. This penthouse is full of light, high-quality modern design, and unique and incredible views.
First of all, as soon as we enter the penthouse, we are greeted by a world of marble. In fact, soft tones and textures, and natural light come from the open-space common area. By the way, this common area consists of a kitchen, living room, and dining room. Surrounding this open space is the iconic Central Park.
Facing south, overlooking Mid and Downtown, we have the private area of the penthouse. The master bedroom is designed with muted tones and textures, and the master bath is in golden tones over marble, inspired by the sunset. The other bedroom, transformed into a home office, is a calm and balanced area. The dark and golden tones on a neutral base convey the idea that we are really in an office, without giving up the comfort of home.
Fifth Avenue Entryway
Fifth Avenue is the most famous shopping street, often called Millionaire’s Row. So, like the personality of the owner, the entrance to your own home should look as expensive and luxurious as this famous avenue. Thus, everyone who enters this front door is treated to a kind of luxury that plays a key role in setting the design tone of the entire house. The mix of gold, black and white is famous for bringing a touch of class and modernity to a home and this is clearly the perfect example of how to design with these luxurious colors.
Mirrors play an essential role in home design. The Kaamos Mirror by BRABBU fits perfectly on the wall. However, the Black Ink Rug brings a modern classic element through its design and colors. With this in mind, the Infinity Console by Boca do Lobo and the Galliano II Wall Lamp by DelightFull were the choices to complete this modern and luxurious entryway design.

The Dendur Living Room
One of the Metropolitan Art Museum’s finest exhibits was inspired by the remains of a 2,000-year-old Egyptian temple. With his in mind, the Roman Emperor Caesar Augustus commissioned it – in honor of Isis and Osiris, and the two Nubian sons, Pediese and Pihor. This living room is inspired by the features of that temple.
The design of living rooms should be focused on practicality and functionality, as well as comfort and elegance. This bright living room has all the comfort and functionality. Therefore, design is extremely important for you to feel at home and have a perfect space for quality time. This dining room retains the warm, white pastel tones of the rest of the house. This has a significant impact on our mood.
This environment demonstrates how a zen environment can be quite relaxing and minimal. But to get the minimalist style right, every dining room design should consider captivating and mesmerizing furniture. This dining room has formal and functional elements mixed with comfort and modernity. Hell’s Kitchen, also known as Clinton, is a New York City neighborhood on the West Side of Manhattan. This area is known for its broad array of multicultural, modestly priced eateries, delicatessens, bodegas, bars, and nightlife.
There are two essential things when designing a kitchen: functionality and practicality without neglecting comfort and sophistication. The design of this beautiful kitchen maintains the same palette of colors and textures with a white marble island. Lighting was provided by Naicca Pendant Lights And the new Bourbon Swivel Counter Stool by BRABBU.
The Strand Office
The Strand was founded in 1927 on Fourth Street in what was then known as ‘Book Row’. On Book Row, there were 48 bookstores. This home office, inspired by these historic bookstores, is a calm and balanced place where the owner can concentrate and work.
Working from home has been one of the most popular trends over the last ten years. According to this, it’s no surprise that designers care so much about these zones. With this in mind, they think about the atmosphere conducive to effective work and creativity, free of distractions. This home office has a calm and harmonious color palette that creates the ideal setting for concentration and focus while working. To bring comfort, the Sika Armchair, and the Batak Armchairs by BRABBU were chosen.
High-line Bedroom
The High Line is among the city’s most popular attractions, with a unique combination of art, nature, and architecture that justifies its popularity. The owner’s personality is expressed in this bedroom’s soft tones and textures with opposing features.
The owner’s personality is represented in this neutral palette backdrop and floor-to-ceiling windows, and this design exudes tranquillity and harmony. Being a classy businesswoman, the bedroom has classical colors showcased on the black headboard, nightstand, and side table, and modern colors provided by the fully upholstered Como Armchairs and Wales Bench. The Amik Table Lights with the shader in light brown and structure in black harmonize both styles.
Plaza Bathroom
This room inspiration is the was Plaza Hotel. The Plaza Hotel is famous for its opulent design and old-world charm, including its modern amenities. Everything about this town shines brightly with gold—literally. This mentality continues all the way to the master bathroom. After a long day, the bathroom is our place of self-indulgence, private refuge, and relaxation. We tend to think of them as merely a functional space where we get ready and leave.
Long bubble baths in candlelight can play a crucial role in our moments of peace of mind. We need to make sure that the colors we choose suit both the room and the body of the house. The Symphony Bathtub with its oval shape is the ideal choice for a long bath with maximum comfort. The Koi rug adds another touch of elegance. Fully lit by Empire Snooker and Empire Wall, this bathroom shines like gold.
