 Since Pantone elected Greenery as this year’s biggest color trend, it’s surprising how last year’s Millennial Pink and Serenity Blue are still gaining strength within the fashion and design industry this season.

Seriously, if there’s a color trend that has been growing this year is the so called Millennial Pink. A bright delicate shade of pink which has been connected to millennial’s preference for peach and pastel tones. This shade has been seen everywhere, from user interface, fashion, kitchen utensils to interior design.

This stunning color is considered to be nostalgic since it often connects to one’s childhood memories, it takes us back to the old summer milkshakes, candy stores and cakes, emphasizing the generation Y’s wish to stay young and active.
