One Plus Mind Design started under the dream of Mahdieh & Mojgan Sadrzadeh. They are two sisters, born and raised in Iran. They received their BA’s in Tehran, Mahdieh in Accounting, and Mojgan in Physics.
However, their love for the arts made them take courses in watercolor painting, special painting, antique look effects, and advanced interior space design, and they fell in love with space planning and design.
They started their firm while still living in Iran. And since then they have worked collaboratively on every project that comes along.
Over a decade ago they moved to the USA to pursue graduate studies, completing a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art at the University of San Francisco, California.
Since completing their degrees, they have begun working in residential and commercial design in the Bay Area and Southern California. To date, their focus has been the growing and exciting field of healthcare design and they are expanding into the planning/design of large spaces such as hospitals and hotels.
Their areas of expertise are interior architectural design and detailing, spatial planning, construction documents, and conceptual design.
