This next-generation office is all about flexibility, collaboration, and integrated tech. CRTKL\u2019s<\/strong> approach to Design Lab maximizes flexibility<\/strong> and accommodates<\/strong> the needs of various tenants and work styles. The team set out to create a bright and welcoming environment that would attract not only current market occupants in Crystal City, but also appeal to the next generation of tenants.<\/p>\n

A clinic provides hospitality-level care and a “best patient” experience. The design<\/strong> focus is on the use of natural materials and providing positive distractions from patient health challenges.<\/p>\n

JW Marriott Mexico City<\/h4>\n

The luxury hotel gets total redesign courtesy of CallisonRTKL<\/strong>. Phase II of the project included the demolition of existing fifth-floor loft apartments to create a new state-of-the-art junior ballroom and pre-function area and expand current meeting space areas. CallisonRTKL teamed with colleagues in the Mexico City office to combine the practice\u2019s global hospitality expertise with on-the-ground architectural<\/strong> support.<\/p>\n

Interceramic Showroom<\/h4>\n

The Interceramic showroom provides a full-service<\/strong> experience for customers, allowing them to interact with the product and work with experts to create custom interior spaces. Instead of the conventional vignette settings, CallisonRTKL<\/strong> created \u201cworks of art\u201d from Interceramic\u2019s tile selection<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
