Microtel Moda by Wyndham<\/strong><\/p>\n

TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was enlisted by\u00a0Wyndham Hotel and Resorts<\/strong>\u00a0to design a new\u00a0Microtel Moda<\/strong> prototype to help reposition the brand to appeal to a new array of guests and business travelers. The scope of the project provided a unique opportunity for TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to design a\u00a0modern hotel<\/strong> experience that provides guests with a consistent, seamless stay in each location.<\/p>\n

Tishman Speyer: Studio Gather<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2018, Tishman Speyer<\/strong>\u00a0introduced Studio, co-working spaces within their properties that offer elevated workspaces and curated amenities. In response to the concept\u2019s success,\u00a0Tishman Speyer<\/strong>\u00a0developed\u00a0Studio Gather<\/strong>, a multi-use conferencing centre that features elegant furnishings, high-quality technology, onsite staff, and versatile meeting layouts.\u00a0Envisioning a conferencing center at the intersection of hospitality and flexibility, TPG worked with Tishman Speyer<\/strong> to create an exceptional space for all types of engagements.<\/p>\n

Piaget<\/strong><\/p>\n

Creativity, attention to detail and technical excellence are the values that gave\u00a0Piaget<\/strong>\u00a0its international reputation and allowed the brand to distinguish itself in the world of\u00a0fine watchmaking\u00a0and precision. The company, founded by Georges Edouard Piaget in 1874 is known today for more than its\u00a0iconic timepieces<\/strong>\u00a0including innovative,\u00a0luxury jewellery collections<\/strong>. When it was time to select a site to showcase Piaget\u2019s new store concept, the company chose The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards and TPG helped implement their latest store design concept.<\/p>\n

Richard Mille<\/strong>\u00a0is an eponymous brand of\u00a0ultra-luxury Swiss watches. Founded in 1999, they are based in Les Breuleux, Switzerland with retail locations in virtually every major city in the world.\u00a0TPG Architecture<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0worked with the\u00a0high-end retail<\/strong> client to create the brand\u2019s largest flagship location in the United States. The multi-story location at 432 Park Avenue provides ample space to display\u00a0exclusive, limited models<\/strong>, showcasing\u00a0Richard Mille<\/strong>\u2019s technical excellence in horology within luxurious surroundings.<\/p>\n
