Tom Dixon: “TWENTY”<\/h4>\n

To celebrate\u00a0Tom Dixon\u2019s\u00a020th anniversary, the British design brand will host\u00a0\u2018TWENTY\u2019<\/strong><\/em>, an unprecedented exhibition in\u00a0Milan\u00a0to coincide with\u00a0Salone del Mobile. From the 7th \u2013 to the 12th of June,\u00a0new\u00a0and\u00a0iconic collections\u00a0will be shown for the first time in not just one but two locations:\u00a0Palazzo Serbelloni<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0The Manzoni<\/strong><\/em>, the brand\u2019s hub in\u00a0Milan. The new\u00a0Melt Dichroic Filter Chandelier<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0will launch in\u00a0Milan\u00a0as part of the “TWENTY” exhibitions.<\/p>\n

TWENTY\u00a0<\/em>At\u00a0Palazzo Serbelloni<\/em><\/h5>\n

“TWENTY”, will be hosted at\u00a0Palazzo Serbelloni, a\u00a0neoclassical\u00a0palace where Sotheby\u2019s has its Milan\u00a0galleries\u00a0and\u00a0offices. The event will focus on innovation and\u00a0materiality\u00a0with\u00a020 unseen\u00a0creations\u00a0on display.<\/p>\n

Visitors\u00a0will be invited to explore a thoughtfully\u00a0curated selection\u00a0of\u00a0designs: some inspired by\u00a0Tom Dixon\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0most recognized collections.<\/p>\n

\u2018You will find us tucked away in a historic palazzo in the center of Milan where the British auction institution Sotheby\u2019s has its Italian headquarters. There could not have been a better platform to show TWENTY objects that explain some of the history, some of the processes of manufacture but also some of the new developments that describe the future of the brand. All of this coincides with Sotheby\u2019s first Italian design sale, where the central position of Milan as the global capital for creativity is reaffirmed.\u2019 <\/strong><\/em>\u2013 Tom Dixon<\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n

      The\u00a0Aldo Rossi Exhibition Design 1960-1997\u00a0at the\u00a0Museo Del Novecento\u00a0included the\u00a0Molteni Group\u00a0as a major sponsor will happen between\u00a029 April \u2013 02 October 2022.\u00a0350 artifacts are on display in an unusual exhibition that explores and reconstructs one of the twentieth century\u2019s masters\u00a0of\u00a0architecture\u2019s\u00a0extremely\u00a0imaginative world\u00a0of\u00a0design. The Molteni&C|UniFor pieces on show are from the permanent collection of the\u00a0Molteni Museum.<\/p>\n

      RoGUILTLESSPLASTIC<\/strong><\/em>, an international project developed and directed by Rossana Orlandi and Nicoletta Orlandi Brugnoni. Aims to involve the Designer and Creative Communities in investigating the unlimited possibilities of transformation for Plastic Waste and other types of Waste.<\/p>\n

      The\u00a0Ro Plastic Prize<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a0RoGUILTLESSPLASTIC\u2019s<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0international\u00a0<\/strong>award, and it aims to engage a wider audience. It challenges global communities of designers, innovators, entrepreneurs, startuppers, changemakers, creators, scientists, researchers, developers, and communication experts who are passionate about making an extraordinary impact by proposing re-Waste-related projects.<\/p>\n
