MANDEVILLE CANYON by Marmol Radziner
From dark finishes and metal accents to a superb garden, this project was designed for both relaxing and entertaining. Full of customized pieces which are built-in Marmol Radziner wood and metal shops —including the dining table, side tables, and the pool table—in a wide variety of woods and metals, In addition to classic, luxurious furniture, many dating from the 1960s.
ARGYLE HOUSE by Marmol Radziner
Another amazing project by the firm, that blends classic and modern design elements together. Inspired by vibrant Hollywood, the public spaces and units together create a backdrop that emphasizes the quintessential indoor-outdoor Southern California lifestyle.
CHELSEA APARTMENT by Marmol Radziner
The Chelsea Apartment was a remodeling of a 1,500-square-foot Manhattan apartment. The living room and bedroom are joined by a room with floor-to-ceiling pocket doors. Custom bleached rare woods contrast with a black-and-white kitchen with blackened woods and white marble. Tall ceilings, soft white walls, and an astonishing view of the Empire State Building paired with modern and luxurious furniture create this perfect mix of materials, finishes, and colors. Clean design and execution.
FIFTEEN FIFTY
The interior architecture and design for the model apartments and 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor facilities at the SOM-designed Fifteen Fifty residential development in San Francisco’s new Van Mission neighborhood, this project reflects the tastes of the intelligent urbanite who appreciates design, practicality, comfort, and luxury.
