The New York Time style magazine wrote about them:

The concept store-gallery-collective was founded by Nicolas Floquet, an entrepreneur, avid collector and co-owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Saturne in Paris; and Eloïse Gilles and Rapaëlle de Panafieu, the duo who brought back to life the 200-year-old brand of artisanal fans Duvelleroy. “We wanted to revive the roots of luxury: the intimate relationship that can develop between backers (like us) and artisans,” Eloïse said. “We imagined a space where clients, artisans and designers could come together and create.”

The trio curated a sharp and diverse collection of goods made by innovative artisans, including the bootmaker Christophe Corthay, formerly of Maison Corthay; Guy Chanel, a leather saddlemaker who cut his teeth at Hermès; and IOTA Element, a trio of woodworkers specializing in fine furnishings that incorporate technology and sound. And they’ve brought on board chef Sven Chartier of Saturne, who will dream up dishes alongside the sommelier Ewen Le Moigne for small weekly dinners at Mayaro.
