The Rivière Interiors was established and incorporated within Robert Young Antiques in 1983. Rivière is an Interior Design Boutique that mostly works on residential projects. Their projects include traditional and contemporary styles that vary according to the location, scale, brief, style, and character of the customers. Besides these variations, Rivière’s projects always reflect their signature style.
Robert and Josyane are largely self-taught and informed by instinct, eye, and experience. They are informed by historical precedent and formal training in the decorative arts and they are excited by the juxtaposition of traditional and contemporary materials and accents.
For them a completed and perfect project, shows a sensitivity for existing architecture, an understanding of space, a confident touch with color and texture, certain individual originality, and honors the client’s brief.
Remaining loyal to their principle of being personally involved in the development of all projects, Rivière only accepts a maximum of three projects simultaneously.
The portfolio of finished projects contains:
Lakeside House in The Netherlands;
Oriental Fusion Restaurant in the New Kings Road, London;
Amsterdam Townhouse;
C17th Converted Tavern in West Sussex;
